Who handles your enquiry

Obsidian Black Ltd operates this website and the central SmartFACT enquiry service. Contact [email protected] to ask about your information or withdraw your request.

The information you provide

We collect your email address, any company, role, volume and workflow details you choose to provide, the product and source page, and the time and version of your consent. We use these to assess your request and contact you about OrderFlow early access and onboarding. Our basis for this contact is your consent. You are not subscribed to other products or a suite-wide mailing list.

Storage and access

Your contact and workflow details are encrypted in the central enquiry database. Access is limited to the people operating the service and the hosting providers needed to run it. We do not sell your details or submit your workflow description to an AI provider. Submitting this form does not automatically send an email or create a product account.

Retention and your choices

Records are scheduled for deletion 365 days after submission. A duplicate does not extend that period. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by email. Infrastructure logs and backup copies have separate operational retention. If you become a customer, service records are covered by the arrangements agreed at onboarding.

Necessary cookies and abuse protection

The enquiry form uses necessary session and security cookies. A temporary protected network identifier limits repeated submissions and is not stored with your enquiry. Hosting access logs may contain connection information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics stays off until you accept. If accepted, it receives page views, device information, connection information and cookie identifiers. Our events exclude query strings, fragments and form contents; referrers are reduced to their origins. Advertising personalisation is disabled.

Your analytics choice is remembered for 180 days in a preference cookie shared across smartfact.ai and its subdomains, including product websites and apps. Use Analytics settings on any site to accept or reject analytics across the suite. Google Analytics cookies remain specific to each host and last up to 180 days. Open pages check for changes; other sites remove their analytics cookies when next opened or resumed. Enquiry and contact consent remain product-specific. Rejecting does not affect your enquiry.
