Getting started with OrderFlow
Prepare an early-access evaluation around one real order workflow.
This guide describes the service scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are confirmed during onboarding.
Choose a focused starting point
Select one customer or order source and one production destination. Identify an order-office owner who can approve the acceptance checks and a technical contact for the data exchange.
Bring examples with expected decisions
Use anonymised examples and agree a secure way to share any sensitive material after the initial enquiry. The public form only needs a short description.
- An ordinary order that should proceed.
- An order with a missing reference or unknown option.
- An amendment received after production release.
- The expected destination and reason for each decision.
Agree success before connecting production
Define the manual work to reduce and the evidence needed to trust the result. Confirm the supported workflow, responsibilities, timing, pricing and support. Start by comparing proposed decisions with expected outcomes before enabling live release.
