Describe the routing decision once

Explain in plain English which customer, product family or delivery region should use a particular destination. SmartFACT turns supported conditions into executable rules. After review and approval, OrderFlow automatically selects the destination for each matching order, ready for the required release approval.

Check examples before approval

Test ordinary orders, missing values and overlapping conditions against independently expected results. An ambiguous destination needs a review action, not a guess. Approve a version only when the examples express the intended policy.

Keep the handoff accountable

A routing decision and successful delivery are different events. The proposed workflow records the message identity and acknowledgement and gives failed or uncertain handoffs a recovery process. Agree retry behaviour with each receiving system.

Connect one source and destination first

Bring a representative order export and the receiving format or API documentation. We confirm the integration scope during onboarding. Existing connector availability, credentials and data access need checking for your specific systems.
